My New Blog

I started off my Real Estate career in mortgage banking in 1990.  I worked for Compass Bank in Albuquerque, NM for 13 years as a Senior Loan Officer before moving to the great state of Texas.  Once in Texas, I worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  It was at this place of employment that I met an appraiser who was willing to take me under his wing and train me to become an appraiser.  What an exciting career Real Estate is!  I completed an extra year of training and appraisal classes to obtain a Certified Appraiser License.

My family and I currently live in Coleman, Texas.  I am married to a wonderful man and we have three children who keep us very busy!

My office is in Coleman, which is approximately 45 minutes to anywhere.  Don't let that scare you, most of my appraisals are completed within 24 hours after inspection.  I take pride in my work and can guarantee that you will be happy with my turn around times and accuracy.
